Canada welcomes skilled worker immigrants and this program has
been established to attract skilled workers who want to settle permanently
in Canada. Skilled workers have education, work experience, knowledge
of English or French and other abilities that will help them to
establish themselves successfully as permanent residents in Canada.
There are three programs under which to apply if you are a skilled
