Application Procedures (After September 1, 2006)

1. Free Assessment by our immigration professionals;
2. Clients sign Retainer Agreement with us and Use of a Representative (IMM5476)；
3. We will submit the first part of the application on behalf of clients in a timely manner;
4. We will notify our clients once we receive the application’s file number assigned by the Canadian immigration authorities;
5. Before submitting the second part of the application, we provide clients with a detailed document list and help them prepare all necessary legal papers and supporting documents;
6. We will examine and look through all application forms and supporting documents to assure the integrity of the application;
7. Our certified immigration consultants will prepare a detailed legal argument for our clients;
8. A perfected application package will be presented to Canadian immigration authority on your behalf;
9. We will help clients prepare the interview if it becomes necessary;
10. Clients complete the medical examination;
11. Clients, along with their family members, receive the Permanent Residence Visas;
12. We will offer settlement services for our new-comers.
